Last week was full of gifts and awesome finds! I can’t wait to share some of the things I’ve received/bought lately so I won’t wait for the end of the month to come up with a collective haul post. Also, I don’t think I’ll be shopping anymore in the coming weeks especially after what happened to my debit card. :3 Putting that little misfortune aside, let me now show you the things I’ve been talking about in my past posts. πŸ™‚

Virginia Olsen 2013 Collection Launch
Read more HERE.

Here are the things I got from VO’s BLogger Launch last Friday. When I first saw the eyeshadow shades I got (Ibiza & Puppy Love), it reminded me immediately of Adele’s soft smokey + strong liner look! Do you think I can pull that off? *wink And oh, can you see that sculpting brush right there? That’s my current favorite! It’s ultra soft, dense and undeniably unique! You’ll know why I keep raving about it soon on my detailed review. πŸ™‚

Brush Guard Php 250 | Blending Brush Php 50
From Beauty Cosmetics

Ever since the house renovation started, I no longer cleaned my brushes all at the same time because I fear that they will only attract dust while I leave them out  to dry. I still clean my everyday brushes every once in a while but not ALL. So when I saw this, I immediately bought a set thinking that this could be the answer to my problem. I can clean my brushes, place them in individual brush guards and put them all in a tall canister facing downwards to allow the excess water to drip out of the brushes without exposing it to dust. But now that I think of it, I should have bought MORE! I think I’ll need 6 sets (5 big & 10 small per set) to be able to clean my brushes all at once. It’s ok though. I can always buy more next time. πŸ™‚
I also bought a new blending brush. I like creating subtle smokey eye makeup and it’s always better to blend the colors using a clean brush. Needless to say, I really need a spare blending brush. If you’re interested in the blending brush, you might want to check out Aya of Codename Aya‘s post on it because she bought 4 different blending brushes!

Mustard Yellow Wrap-Around Watch Php 260
I got this for Php 260 instead of Php 300 all thanks to Eyah of Eyahnism‘s haggling skills. LOL! I didn’t really plan on buying this but Eyah said since she didn’t have the money to buy it, she wants me to buy it instead.. so I did! I really love it. I looks cute and the color is so me!
If you know the online shop from the bazaar that sold this, please please please let me know! I would really like to buy all available colors. They’re incredibly pretty, diba? πŸ™‚ Thank you, Eyah.. I’m now officially addicted to wrap-around watches.
Sunnies Php 250
Summer ready with mah new shades! Since I have a small, round face, square-shaped frames look best on me. I like this pair in particular because it rests on my teeny tiny nose and NOT on my prominent cheekbones instead. LOL!
Watsons Haul
Maybelline Clear Smooth All in One Php 159 (Read review HERE) | Peripera Very Nice Pen Eyeliner Php 595 | Etude House Line Remover Stick Php 148 | Watsons Facial Mask 29

After the Heat Wave Summer Bazaar, we went by SM Mall of Asia to check out the sale. And of course we spent most of our time circling Watsons’ beauty section. I was looking for a decent liner when Ina of Iambabypanda suggested this Peripera Very Nice Pen Eyeliner from Clio — Ina also bought the same liner. And to get that liner off, I also bought a liner remover from Etude House. Then we were told that we’ll be given 10% when we reach a total of Php 1,500. I only bought all other items to reach Php 1,500.. gotta take advantage of the discount! LOL!
