I’ve been particularly busy this past month so even if I really wanted to, I wasn’t able to try a lot of products. I was always in a hurry to leave the house so I stayed with the basics and used the products I know how to use. You know how it is with new products – some can be tricky to use and some needs a specific technique of application to make them work. Nonetheless, I still found some products that are worth using and sharing.

Here’s a quick rundown of my most used and abused products for the month of October:

EOS Cameo in Brown (Read more HERE)
If you must know, I recently got eyelash extensions so wearing my usual eye glasses is a big no-no. I wouldn’t want my glasses to cover my va-va-voom lashes, right? But other than that, the reason why I can’t wear my glasses that much is because it keeps on getting in the way of my lashes when I blink – yep, my lash extensions are that long! I fear that it would ruin my oh-so pretty lashes so I keep on wearing my contact lenses for the meantime.

So far, my favorite has been EOS Cameo in Brown.. simply because it draws more attention to my eyes but still looks natural in a way. It’s subtle but very pretty. Combined with my long lashes, I can have ze BF do anything for me just by batting my lashes at him. HAHA!

22pcs. Pink Professional Brush Set from Tmart (Read review HERE)
It’s pink, it’s soft and best of all, it’s affordable! I’ve been using this pink brush set nonstop for 2 weeks now. They’re my most abused product of the month actually. And I guess you already know why. Teehee. By the way, don’t forget to join my ongoing giveaway to get a chance to win one for yourself. Click HERE to join!
Majolica Majorca Colorist in BR555 & IN2IT Eyebrow Colour duo for my brows
I no longer wear a lot of eyeshadows on a regular basis. For the past weeks, I noticed that I’ve been paying more attention to my brows than usual. I mean, I always fill in my brows before heading out but now, I’ve been mixing up more products to keep my brows in place. It’s probably because of the new hair color. Anyway, the combination of the two has proven to withstand any kind of sweating the longest. The middle shade from the brow powder set really matches my chocolate brown hair and the brow colorist is exceptional in keeping them in place all day long. I just love the combination!
Colour Collection Whitening BB Cream SPF 30 (Read review HERE)
This is, by far, the best BB cream match for my morena skin. It doesn’t give off a mask-like cast in spite of the SPF content. And like most BB Creams, its light on the skin, offers decent coverage and like I mentioned, it has SPF 30 which is just right for everyday use. I’ve had my fair share of shade mismatches when it comes to Korean products so just the fact that this matches my color really well is enough for me to keep using it. πŸ™‚

Shiseido Ibuki from my August BDJ Box (Read the unboxing HERE)

This is probably one of the best things that happened to my skin – I hardly get pimples, my skin looks so radiant and the lines under my eyes became hardly visible. I’m yet to write a proper review on this set but I’m already about to empty most of the samples I got. And now, I’m torn whether to get the full-sized products or continue trying out more brands. Buying the whole set is not something to take lightly given my measly college allowance but I know it’ll be worth it.

New Hair Color from Status Hair Salon (Read more HERE)
After almost a month, my hair color still looks vibrant! It didn’t wash off or fade even a little bit. I must say I’m really impressed by this Igora Royal color. I love how toned down and very professional my choice of hair color was. I’m super excited to start my On-The-Job Training just because my hair looks great with smart casuals and business attires in general. πŸ™‚

iPhone4S Glowing the Dark Minion Case
I got tired of my aztec case so I decided to get a new one. I was originally planning on getting a Kate Spade-inspired case but when I saw this adorable minion case, I just has to get it. It’s bulkier than what I really wanted but hey, it’s cute and it’s glowing the dark. That’s good enough for me!

The Heirs <3

I totally went gaga for this series! It’s basically about a group of teens from elite families. Much like Gossip Girl but with more kilig, less scheming and yeah, more wholesome. LOL! I super love the cast. At first, I watched it because Lee Min Ho was so freakin’ hot but after 8 episodes, I’m starting to like the other guy, Young Do, more. This only proves one this – I am never to old to get “kilig to the bones” when watching KDramas. I’m still waiting for the release of the next episode but if you haven’t watched this yet.. what are you waiting for?? >.< HAHA!
That’s about it! Those are my top picks for the month of October, what’s yours?:)
