Summer is upon us and it’s time to bare that skin! Show off what you’ve been workin’ on – I know it takes an awful lot of self-discipline to really commit to a routine and diet. You’ve worked hard on it, flaunt it! Oh but wait, great figure alone isn’t going to cut it. Better make sure your underarms are not just hairless, they should be brag-worthy.
Remember the days when hairless pits are enough to wear sleeveless? Well, the times have changed, my friends. Belo Essentials just upped the ante for beautiful underarm in the form of Anne Curtis. Yes, just by looking at how flawless even her underarms are makes me squirm in jealousy and question what I did wrong to deserve this. Haha. Of course, I’m exaggerating but come on ladies, it’s time to step up our game.
Belo Essentials’ beauty deodorants provide total underarm care. They visibly whiten in just 7 days and a control darkening even before it starts. These beauty deos effectively minimize pores and smoothen underarm skin, and prevents redness and soothes skin after shaving, waxing, or plucking. They’re alcohol-free that guarantees non-darkening even of the most sensitive underarms. Expertly formulated, hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested.
Belo Essentials Whitening Anti-Perspirant Deodorant Roll-On (Php92.75, 40mL)
This beauty deo housed in a typical plastic roll-on packaging comes in two sizes: 40mL and 25mL. Can I just say that the small one is perfect for travelling? In time for summer-getaways, too. The packaging might look all too common but not the content.
A typical roll-on deodorant but on steroids! This beauty deo doesn’t just prevent sweat and odor; it also aims to get rid of the five most common underarm problems: sweat, roughness, chicken skin, darkness, and redness.
I like how this roll-on beauty deo is light and easily absorbed by the skin so I don’t have to worry about it transferring to my clothes once I get dressed. It helps minimize sweating, too. I’m no longer bothered about being baskil as much. That’s actually saying a lot given that it’s extremely hot and humid these past few weeks. Best of all, it stayed true to its claim; I did notice my underarm lighten after 2 weeks of regular use. Plus, appearance of chicken skin did lessen thus making it look and feel smoother. Wohoo!
The original variant is essentially scentless – perfect for those who are very sensitive to product smells. Now, much like any other great products, Belo Essentials created a different variant.
Belo Essentials Whitening Anti-Perspirant Deodorant Roll-On Shower Fresh (Php92.75, 40mL)
This works just the same as its predecessor but infused with that fresh-out-of-the-shower smell and feel to keep us feeling fresh throughout the day. This is best for those who prefer deodorants with a light, subtle scent.
In terms of texture and effectiveness, it’s just as great as the first release. I personally like this more because it smells light and fresh at the same time. I think mildly scented deodorants give me more security that I won’t smell like armpit sweat throughout the day. But then again, that’s just me. Haha.
For the summer, I like using spray products because their essentially lighter. That said, this Belo Whitening Anti-Perspirant Deodorant Spray is what I’ve actually been using since the tempt spiked up this week. This one shares the same fresh scent as the one above. It’s light, too, but because it comes in a spray can, I feel as if the application is not as concentrated as when roll-ons are used.
Belo Essentials Whitening Anti-Perspirant Deodorant Spray (Php184.75, 140mL)
Contained in a hefty aerosol can, this beauty deo spray can be a bit too bulky and heavy for travelling. It’ slightly more expensive than most drugstore deodorants but like I always say, if you want real results, you better be prepared to pay for it. Come to think of it, the tag price on this is just loose change compared to how much whitening lasers cost. I’d gladly make do with this. I’m a bit of a cheapskate, obviously. 😛
What I like best about this Belo Whitening Anti-Perspirant Deodorant in spray form is that it doesn’t stain my clothes. I can wear black without fearing that my deodorant might create white streaks or even yellow stain on white tops. This is a huge bonus for me because plain black tops are actually my go-to clothing at the moment. I guess I’m just not in the mood to dress up a lot lately.
To complement the beauty deodorants, Belo Essentials released an underarm night cream to boost the process.
Belo Essentials Underarm Whitening Cream (Php349.75, 40mL)
A soft, light cream that has a runny consistency. Because of its watery consistency, it is easily absorbed by the skin. It doesn’t feel heavy of sticky, too. Absolutely no greasy film. Surprisingly enough, it has a subtle scent reminiscent of mulberry. I don’t know why but the first thing that came to mind when I smelled it was mulberry. Haha.
As cliché as it might sound, the body is at work even when we sleep. Same here, whitening agents are working double time for us to be able to show off our underarms in no time. 🙂
You know how much I enjoy posting before and after photos for my product reviews to give you a glimpse of how the product worked out for me but this would have to be an exception. I’m very conscious about my underarm and as much as I’m excited about the progress, understand that I won’t be posting any UA photos until they’re perfect. Haha! And since I’m far from getting flawless underarm like Anne Curtis (to be fair, she’s like the underarm goddess! I’m so jealous!), you’ll just have to take my word for it. 🙂
If getting whiter, smoother underarm is your ultimate goal but don’t have enough to spend on high-end laser treatments that cost thousands of pesos per session, then Belo Essentials Whitening Anti-Perspirant Deodorants & Underarm Whitening Cream could very well be your best bet. They’re budget-friendly, locally available and best of all, they’re really effective.
