Keeping my cool at this kind of heat is not an easy task. And if you know me personally, you’d know that I’m pretty short-tempered; what’s worse is that the humid environment is partly to blame for my sudden outbursts. I get super mataray real quick when it’s hot so my boyfriend always make sure to keep me in an air-conditioned room or at the very least, have a fan and water ready. Haha. One of the things that helped me keep my cool (and my skin moisturized) during the summer season is this Etude House Aloe Moistfull Soothing Mist.
Product Description:
(Taken from www.etudehouse.com)
Etude House Moistfull Aloe Soothing Mist is a spray-on moisturiser infused with organic Baobab Tree, Aloe and Herb extracts to instantly refresh dry, tired skin. Give your complexion a boost of moisture and make it glow again with this mist.
The Etude House Aloe Moistfull Soothing Mist comes in a usual run-of-the-mill aerosol container however, what’s impressive about it is the spray itself. I love how it lightly and evenly sprays out the product. This is aptly called mist and not spray because the way it dispenses the products makes it look like tiny droplets of dew or mists.
And because it evenly distributes the product instead of concentrating bulk of it on one area, is it totally fine to use on top of makeup just to give the skin a little boost. It doesn’t help the makeup’s staying power, though. It can also be used before makeup or while prepping the skin. It gives the skin added moisture without the heavy feeling of moisturizers.
On extremely humid days, I often replace my morning moisturizer with this. The feel of freshly applied moisturizer mixed with sweat irritates me so I always keep my Etude House Aloe Moistfull Soothing Mist within reach for a quick and refreshing boost without the heavy feeling of a moisturizer.
Etude House Aloe Moistfull Soothing Mist is very light and easily absorbed by the skin. But unlike my other favorite facial mist from Avene, it leaves the skin a bit of a dewy finish. It gives the skin a natural-looking glow which I absolutely love. <3 And oh, this smells AMAZING! It’s breezy and refreshing, a bit flowery if you ask me. So addicting! I’ve been using this for months and I’m close to emptying it.
Note to self: Hoard more of this during sale season. Haha. 🙂
