This was one of the things I got from my tita ninang the last time she was here. If I remember correctly, this was in a small MAC paper bag along with other Eyes by Design, Origin, and ofcourse, MAC cosmetics. To be honest, I haven’t heard of the brand Eyes by Design before I got the loot from my tita ninang. :))

Well, there’s always room for firsts. 😉

– Silky blend of optical diffusers (ultra-light spherical powders) helps eliminate the appearance of wrinkles.
– Dermatologist-tested.
– Ophthalmologist-tested.
– Fragrance-free.
– Made in Canada.

Apply in the morning after the EYES BY DESIGN Transforming Eye Cream. Click the pen once to dispense the cream and use the applicator to apply in small dots under the eye. Use your ring finger to gently dab – do not rub in. You may reapply during the day as needed.

Note: for the initial use, click the pen approx. 5 times.
A pen-like tube with a transparent rubber tip that dispenses the product.
See the white layer?
– It does a decent job in brightening the under eyes.
– It has a matte almost powdery finish. Like Pond’s Flawless White Cream, the one in the white tube with pink cap.
– I like the tiny glitters that comes with the cream. They’re subtle but still makes the eyes look less haggard or stressed.
– A pea-size can go a long way.

– It’s not available locally.
– It doesn’t really conceal much.
– Lastly, for a 12oz. pen, it’s pricey.
Buy Again? No. I don’t think it’s worth the money.
My Verdict: 2/5
