Not to brag or anything but I have a decent collection of lipsticks but for some reason, I often reach out for my cheek and lip tints more. I think it’s safe to say that I’m becoming more and more of a tint person lately. One staple in my kit is the Lioele Blooming Pop in Pinky Tint (Read review HERE). I love having it in my to-go pouch simply because it’s multi-purpose and it leaves a nice stain on the lips. It’s great and all but there’s something missing – a healthy sheen finish, perhaps? Well, that was what I was hoping to get from this Miners Tin ‘o Tint in Cherry. πŸ™‚

Tin o’ Tint tinted lip balm by Miners Cosmetics is specially designed to tint ‘n’ care. The award winning range is made up of three delicious shades and with an added moisturising formulation, lips will be left feeling soft and smooth with a hint of gorgeous colour.
Miners Tin ‘o Tint comes in a very pretty tin packaging. Go figure! πŸ™‚ It’s quite handy and durable. It fits nicely in any makeup kit and it doesn’t hurt that it’s super cute. Plus the wordplay is impressive as well. I really like the packaging as a whole. It’s easy to lug around for quick retouches though I sometimes find it a bit of a hassle to open when I’m in a hurry.
The shade cherry appears to be a deep berry that has a tinge of purple color from the tin but once applied, it’s more of a bright cherry pink shade that’s still equally gorgeous. It has amazing pigmentation as it really does color the lips and covers the dark lip lines. I usually don’t like products with strong artificial fruit smell but this one smells great! I just want to lick it off my lips. It doesn’t smell artificial at all! <3
Miners Tin ‘o Tint offers a highly tinted finish that has a nice sheen to it. It applies on smoothly and doesn’t feel sticky or heavy. But it is a bit waxy for my preference. Don’t worry, it’s nothing I can’t tolerate. Oh it doesn’t settle on lines nor dry out the lips too! πŸ™‚
I get a decent amount of wear time from it. Say 2-4 hours but that’s when I don’t eat anything heavy. Although for a so-called tint, it didn’t really leave a stain on the lips which, in my case, is a bit of a disappointment. Other than that I think Miners Tin ‘o Tint would be great for quick and easy looks – best for teens too!
