Here’s a quick post before I leave for the Regional Accounting Quizbee at San Juan de Letran. I slept at around 5am and woke up at 7am just to watch my Bf compete. He, along with our other blockmate, will represent our class for the Auditing category. So my role today is to be the supportive girlfriend on the sidelines. LOL!

Anyway, when my sister and I did our weekly grocery shopping last week, I saw a small stack of SkinLite Makeup Cleansing Tissue near the cashier. I got curious because it was the first time I saw that brand and I didn’t know grocery stores carry makeup removers. As we waited in line, I was arguing with myself (in my head of course, I would want people thinking I’m crazy LOL!) whether to buy it or not. The price won me over so I decided to give it a shot. Besides, it’s only Php 89, it won’t damage my wallet too much even if it didn’t work, right? Naaahhh!

PRO’s
A cleansing tissue is a lazy girl’s best friend. This particular makeup cleansing tissue is so cheap, it could also be your wallets friend. LOL! You get 30 sheets for only Php 89. That not a bad deal at all! It also does a decent job in removing makeup. Personally, I have to use 2 sheets to remove the makeup off my face and neck when I’m wearing foundation. But during normal days, 1 sheet is enough to remove everything.
It gives a refreshing, non-sticky feeling after removing the makeup. I really like the fact that it doesn’t have any irritating smell. Plus, it’s common knowledge that green tea works wonders for our skin!

CON’s

This is only based my personal experience with the product but sadly, my skin didn’t approve of it. I got huge pimples just by using it for a couple of days. The pimples are not only huge, they also hurt big time. I even had to have them injected just so they would dry up faster.

If your skin isn’t as sensitive though, I suggest you give this a try. But please do buy with your own discretion.

That’s all for now. Wish our section luck on the quizbee, alright? πŸ™‚
See you again on my next post.
